Roast Profile: Dark 

Flavor Notes: Brown Sugar, Prune, Walnut 

Cupping Notes: Sweet raw sugar aroma, good acidity and creamy body, caramel overtones with hints of dried sweet apricot and a slight cocoa note on the finish.

Fair-Trade Organic premium coffee grown in the Eastern Highlands on the island of Papua New Guinea. Produced by a co-op which supports over 3,000 farmers local to the region. These beans grow on mature trees, some over 25 years old, producing a sweeter and more complex cup. When we started roasting coffee we thought our favorite beans hailed from the famous Sumatra region of Indonesia, but this bean changed everything. It has been our best selling coffee since we opened for business and is our roasters favorite.
