Cupping notes: Very mild with good body and acidity. Has a fruity-floral finish, and a hint of spiciness! Very well balanced.

Our espresso is blended to perfection, offering a complex flavor profile that offers a kick of sharp flavor that smooths out in the finish. Wonderful as a straight shot of espresso to sip on while also pairing wonderfully with dairy milk, plant-based milk and lightly flavored syrups in a latte. We also offer our espresso as a pour over brewed coffee, as it works wonderfully prepared this way as well.
